We do not provide refunds.

Only store credit will be issued for exchangeable items.

Final sale items are:
All wigs, unpackaged hair, ponytails, buns, hair accessories, jewelry, electric products, makeup, skincare, eyelashes, apparel, seasonal, sales, clearance, and items marked final sale.

All other products may be exchanged for store credit, within 7 days of the transaction date, with the original receipt and must be in its original condition with all its components (unused and unopened).
