Return policy
Product(s) NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges:
All wigs, unpackaged hair, ponytails, buns, hair accessories, nail polish, apparel, seasonal, sales, clearance, and final sale items.
Packaged Hair cannot be refunded.
Packaged Hair may be exchanged or returned for store credit, within 15 days of the transaction date, with the original receipt and must be in its original condition with all its components (unused and unopened).
All other product(s) may be exchanged or returned, within 15 days of the transaction date, with the original receipt and must be in its original condition with all its components (unused and unopened). If you return a product(s) you may receive store credit or a refund in the form of your original payment.
For the quality of service and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product(s) which have been used, worn, or opened.
Kaysi does not ship or deliver to its customers and processes its transactions in-store only.
